Who are the Karstens?

I’m Kim, or Karstenmom, as many call me.  We are a family that lives in Fort Worth, Texas.  We are about to launch our second child off to college in August and will have only our youngest at home.  We have raised three amazing kiddos, each with unique gifts, learning styles, passions and talents.We have learned that the days are long while the years are short.  After years of talking about unplugging and spending time together, traveling and learning, we are taking the leap!  We’d love to have you follow along as we wonder and wander this next year.
